Marin Coastal Range, Sonoma Coastal Range and North Bay Interior Mountains are under an updated wind advisory which was issued by the National Weather Service on Saturday at 2:03 p.m. The advisory is valid for Sunday, Mar. 16 between 11 a.m. and 11 p.m.
According to the NWS San Francisco CA, “South winds 15 to 25 mph with gusts up to 45 mph expected.”
“Gusty winds will blow around unsecured objects. Tree limbs could be blown down and a few power outages may result,” the NWS said. “Winds this strong can make driving difficult, especially for high profile vehicles. Use extra caution.”
