Minor injuries reported in two collisions in Los Gatos

Oct. 18

VEHICLE ACCIDENT: 2:51 p.m. at Los Gatos-Saratoga Road and North Santa Cruz Avenue. In the morning of Oct. 11, a gold Toyota sedan hit  a black Audi Q5. The parties exchanged info, but the man driving the sedan had an insurance card that was issued to another car, not the car involved in the crash. The Audi driver said she has neck pain, but the other driver did not report to his insurance. The woman’s insurance company told her to file a police report.

Los Gatos Whole Foods customer suspected of stealing wallet

VANDALISM: 10:35 p.m. on Ellenwood Avenue. A woman said she heard rumbling noise outside and then a bump, then saw the door was broken in the last 10 minutes. She said she didn’t see anyone and that she was staying locked in her room until police arrived.

TRESPASS: 11:24 p.m. at Safeway on North Santa Cruz Avenue. A woman inside the store was asking people for money and asking employees for a job. The caller wanted her removed from the store. Police performed a cite and release arrest.

Oct. 19

NOISE DISTURBANCE: 5:50 p.m. on Reservoir Road. A caller reported that ducks have been quacking very loudly all day. Code compliance is aware and neighbors have already been written up, but the ducks were still making noise.

VEHICLE ACCIDENT: 6:02 p.m. at Hicks Road and Oaks Lane. A BMW was found with all airbags deployed after a single-vehicle accident.
