The Oct. 23 menu, which includes wine pairings, will feature Caponata Bruschetta with eggplant and olives; Arancini made with ragu, peas and parmigiano reggiano; Bucatini alla Siciliana, with roasted tomatoes, anchovies and caramelized shallots; followed, in Italian style, by the Insalata Mista. For dessert, Zabaglione will be paired with marsala.
After this meal, the Passport Dinners will take a break for the November-December holiday months, then resume in early 2026.
Also in October, Porta Blu is putting a focus on pistachios, with two cocktails — Pistachio Espresso Martini, Pistachio Whiskey Sour — available, along with Pistachio-Encrusted Lamb Chops and Pistachio Tiramisu.
