
The culinary collaboration that saw Oakland chef Nelson German cook a Dominican-Ethiopian menu at Eox & Nyx in downtown San Jose earlier this month will move to San Francisco for the second part of the swap.

Eos & Nyx chef Nicko Moulinos will cook Oct. 23 at Meski, the restaurant from Warriors star Draymond Green and chef German, who first made a name for himself with his two other ventures, Oakland’s alaMar Kitchen and Sobre Mesa.
Moulinos’ special menu will feature Bone-In Pork Chop with patatas bravas and lemon-pepper aioli ($45); Octopus with fennel and citrus ($22); Heirloom Tomato Salad with melon and burrata ($19); Gnocchi with beets, corn, charred broccolini and tomatoes ($32); and Caviar Cones with gochujang steak tartare ($15). All will be available a la carte.
Specialty cocktails also are planned.
Details: Nicko Moulinos’ menu will be offered from 5 to 10 p.m. Oct. 23 at 1000 Larkin St., San Francisco. Reservations are available at www.opentable.com/r/meski-san-francisco, and walk-in diners will be accommodated if space is available.
