NOISE DISTURBANCE: 10:34 a.m. on Reservoir Road. A caller said their neighbor’s ducks were quacking extremely loud for most of the morning.
VEHICLE ACCIDENT: 7:15 p.m. at Lark Avenue and northbound Highway 17. A vehicle and a bicyclist collided.

PETTY THEFT: 8:37 p.m. on Massol Avenue. A caller said an Amazon package was delivered but was missing when they got home. The package contained crib sheets, air filters and Halloween decorations, valued at approximately $98. Although they said Amazon was replacing the items, the caller said they called police to document the incident.
BURGLARY: 9:51 p.m. on Frank Court. A couple immediately called police after they heard their glass rear door smashed while they were upstairs. They hadn’t checked the house yet when they reported the incident.

MUNICIPAL CODE VIOLATION: 2:49 p.m. at Mckenna, Mark on Overlook Road. A caller said their neighbor’s unit is under construction, and the construction crew is using a machine that is smelling up the entire complex. The scent was described as “very toxic and strong.” Only construction workers were onsite, and the homeowner wasn’t home.
HEALTH AND SAFETY: 6:33 p.m. at Elm Street and North Santa Cruz Avenue. A woman reported two unhoused people sitting on the sidewalk but not blocking the whole sidewalk. She said she was upset because it made her uncomfortable.

LOST PROPERTY: 6:35 p.m. on South Creek Trail between Main Street and Lexington. A caller said they lost their Chevy key fob with a keychain of the Los Gatos Monte Sereno Police Department breast cancer awareness patch.
