
OAKLAND — An Amber Alert was issued Tuesday after a two-year-old girl was abducted by a man and a woman, according to a social media post from the California Highway Patrol.
Amira Coleman was last seen at 12:36 p.m. at 39th Street and Adeline Street, authorities said. Police say they suspect Andrew Coleman, 26, and Tamira Claggion, 24, of taking her and said that they should be considered armed and dangerous.

Amira Coleman was last seen wearing a pink top, authorities said. She is 1 foot 5 inches tall and 60 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
Andrew Coleman is 6 feet tall and 200 pounds, authorities added. He has black hair and brown eyes. Claggion is 5 feet 11 inches and 175 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes, and she was last seen wearing a pink dress and gray shoes.
The CHP activated the Amber Alert on behalf of the Oakland Police Department.
